No jail time for a former Mid – Missouri teacher accused of child sex crimes. Rikki Laughlin taught special education in the St. Robert schools. She pled guilty to reduced charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Laughlin was accused of sending sexual images to a teenage student. She’ll serve 5 – years on probation.
