A former Mo-dot staffer pleads guilty to a misdemeanor charge after a road rage incident. Harry Adrian the Fourth of Tuscumbia was initially charged with a felony weapons offense that was later reduced to reckless driving. Adrian was accused of waving a gun at to two men in a car on a Cole County road last year. Prosecutors say evidence didn’t bear that out.
