Rolla man in hot water after parent teacher meeting

• A Rolla man is accused of showing up drunk to a parent teacher conference and accidently dropping a child on its head against a desk. 28-year-old Jesse Oliver-Kidd admitted drinking whiskey before the meeting. He’s charged with felony child endangerment.
