Don’t blame the weather for knocking out your power a couple of weeks ago. It turns out a semi driver crashed into a utility pole July 15th and took out power for a couple hours. Phillip Kahn is charged with knocking down the pole at West High and Dunklin (in Jefferson City) and driving away.
