Remember the guy who allegedly robbed a downtown Columbia bank back in February and then stopped off for lunch at Broadway Diner? 71 – year old Basil Kyles now faces federal charges for the robbery of First Mid Bank. He got away with about $6000 but was picked up the same day. He has a long history of bank robbery convictions.
