A law change that would allow bicyclists to roll past stop signs without stopping is vetoed by Jefferson City’s Mayor. Ron Fitzwater wants more information on what’s called an ‘Idaho Stop Law.’ The ordinance would let bike riders only yield at stop signs and pause at red traffic lights.
