SNAP won’t pay for chips or cookies next year

You better leave the Twinkies and the Cheetos on the shelf. Pretty soon your SNAP benefits won’t cover things like candy, chips, soda and other grocery items. Starting next year, USDA will approve Missouri’s request to restrict what food stamps can and can’t be used for.
