Jefferson City councilmen sign off on a plan for a new apartment complex to be built on East Elm, and some of the neighbors aren’t happy. Homeowners claim the 48 – unit project will increase traffic and lower property values. They also asked the developer if the complex will end up being a low – income housing project.
