Some of the funding for a new Cole County Juvenile Center didn’t happen

A new Juvenile Attention Center is up in the air for Cole County. About $4-million of the $14-million project was included in a state funding measure that didn’t advance at the Capitol. The proposed St. Mary’s Blvd center would replace the smaller Stadium Blvd. location.
