The family of a man from Jefferson City shot to death on Missouri Boulevard earlier this month is still looking for answers. Friends and relatives of 29-year-old Erik Spencer released balloons at McClung Park Tuesday to honor his life. Police say a witness called 9-1-1 about a fight in a car just before a gunshot rang out. A man was questioned and released. No one’s been charged.
