An Internet Creeper from the state of California is charged with sending sexual photos to children in Callaway County. Matthew Bowman is accused of sending the photos to a 12 – year old and a 13 – year old. Investigators say he posed as a 14 – year old boy online. They add Bowman works as a coach and a substitute teacher in small California town.
