A man is in the Cole County Jail, accused of sexually assaulting an underage victim. 44 – year old Greggery Marshall of Jefferson City faces statutory rape and sodomy charges. The victim was under the age of 14.
Investigators say the child told a mental health worker about the attacks. That information was shared with Jefferson City Police. The victim says they were assaulted by Marshall from 2020 through 2024.
