A man wanted on a Jefferson City warrant for harassment is busted in Mexico Missouri. Svvonn Byrd was arrested for kidnapping and domestic violence after a (Fri) standoff. Police say he gave himself up after officers came back with a search warrant. The victim claimed she’d been assaulted by Byrd at a Jefferson City home before he left the area.
