More charges against a man accused of shooting a victim at a Jefferson City apartment last month. A grand jury has now added felony assault and resisting arrest charges against David Jarrett. He’s accused of shooting the victim during an argument over a dog. Police say Jarrett was arrested after he drove off from the scene with his 1 – year old in his truck.
