There was a record turnout at Tuesday evening’s Taste of the Tigers event at Memorial Stadium in Columbia.
The Walsworth Family Columns Club was packed for the fundraiser. Tiger fans dined on outstanding food from numerous Columbia-area restaurants and they helped raise much-needed money for the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri. It is the food bank’s biggest annual event.
Mizzou broadcaster Mike Kelly announced the record turnout during “Tiger Talk” with football coach Eliah Drinkwitz.
