Three suspects are facing theft charges after a robbery and a car chase in Jefferson City Saturday. Police say they were told that two women left the ULTA store on Missouri Blvd with bags full of stolen goods. The car they were in took off across the Missouri River Bridge and into Callaway County. Deputies there stopped them with tire deflators. The two women and a man were arrested.
