Toddler is found wandering on a busy Fulton road

A three-year-old autistic boy was found walking alone along a busy highway near Fulton Friday morning. Deputies say he was dirty, bruised, and smelled of pee. His mother, Kassandra Bellamy, faces child abuse and endangerment charges.
