Gilmore and 23-year-old Ammanuel Minuye are both accused of opening fire on a vehicle on Alan lane “that was simply driving down the road,” according to court documents. At least one person in the vehicle returned fire, and Gilmore was struck, according to CPD’s two page probable cause statement.

CPD’s investigation continues: anyone with information is encouraged to call Columbia Crimestoppers at (573) 875-TIPS.
