The Missouri Tiger football team improves to 7-3 on the season with Saturday night’s 49-27 win over Mississippi State on senior night in Columbia. The Tigers are ranked #23 in the new Associated Press college football poll.
Tiger star running back Ahmad Hardy carried the ball 25 times for 300 yards and scored three touchdowns. Hardy averaged 12 yards a carry. Tiger quarterback Matt Zollers had two touchdown throws. Missouri also had two interception returns from Toriano Pride Jr. and Marvin Burks Jr.

Ahmad Hardy becomes just the second Mizzou player to rush for 300 yards in a game: Moberly’s Devin West has the school record of 319 yards in 1998.
Missouri is now 7-3 overall and 3-3 in the Southeastern Conference. The Tigers return to action Saturday morning at 11 when they play at Oklahoma. Missouri hasn’t beaten the Sooners in Norman since 1966.
