More than 1,500 Columbia residents remain without power on this Thursday morning, after a power outage in the area around Stadium and West Broadway. Columbia Water and Light crews are working to restore power.
Meantime, Columbia and mid-Missouri saw heavy rain overnight. National Weather Service (NWS) St. Louis meteorologist Jayson Gosselin tells 939 the Eagle that Columbia, Jefferson City and much of the mid-Missouri listening area are under a flood watch through 10 this morning.
