Why do folks deliberately set fires when it’s this dry?

Leave the burn barrel alone for now. It’s just too windy and dry. A brush fire burned 25 – acres near Vienna this week. The fire even shut down Highway – 28 because of the thick smoke. Another fire burned up a truck in Centralia when it got out of control.
