The Jefferson City woman charged with killing a little boy while she was babysitting him back in 2018 should stand trial. A psychologist with the Department of Mental Health says Quatavia Givens is competent to go to trial in the death of Darnell Gray. Another mental health professional ruled that Givens was not competent in 2003. The judge says he’ll rule on the case next week.
