Woman charged with stealing from a nursing home resident

Another accused crook is charged with stealing from Grandma. Amy Shoup of Jefferson City is accused of taking $52,000 from the nursing home victim and not paying their bill at the facility. Shoup had durable power of attorney over the victim.
