A woman drowns at the Lake of the Ozarks on Monday.
Troopers say 78 year old Nina Rhodes of Sunrise Beach died after being trapped in her SUV.
Investigators say Rhodes had launched a boat at a boat ramp and suffered a medical condition. She wasn’t able to get out of the car.
