A suspect faces charges of attacking a woman with a knife at a Jefferson City home. Nica Turner is charged with felony domestic assault and weapons offenses. She’s accused of slashing her victim across the hand with a knife at a Home on Madison. The victim claims Turner also hit her and threw a phone at her.
