Woman rescued from Fulton storm drain

A woman is recovering after being pulled from a storm drain on the Westminster campus in Fulton Tuesday. Crews were called out after a student heard someone screaming from inside the drain near the freshman dorm. The woman in her 30’s was not a Westminster student. They say she could have been in the drain for up to 18 hours. She was flown to University Hospital.
