Wright tabbed as new JCMO councilman

Jefferson City’s Council is back to full strength. Councilmen elected Randall Wright to serve out the uncompleted 4th Ward term of Ron Fitzwater. Fitzwater was elected mayor. Wright says he’ll seek the permanent post next spring.
