There’s now an appeal in a wrongful death suit filed by the family of a Mizzou frat member who died in Nashville back in 2024. Riley Strain was a member of M-U’s Delta Chi chapter when he drowned in the Cumberland River after a night of drinking. The family’s original suit was dismissed last month.
