It might be the next best thing to being able to burn your yard waste all year long. Jefferson City has signed a new contract with All Seasons Landscaping for the yard waste drop off site. The site on Southridge will be open five days a week .. closed on Monday and Tuesday. The first year of the contract will cost the city about $230,000.
