The dreaded Green Energy is coming to Cooper County. Comssioners signed off on a plan to build a 200 – acre solar farm. They okayed tax breaks for the project. The complex will be built near an I – 70 rest area. Another firm wants to put in a 1500 – acre solar farm near Pilot Grove.
