Fight with a deputy – go to jail

A Fulton man faces charges after a break – in that led to a fight with a deputy. 45 – year old Scott Skaggs is accused of trying to burglarize the home on Callaway County Road 4-11 Friday night. Officers caught Skaggs near the home. He’s accused of attacking the deputy while they were at the hospital. He is also charged with violating a protection order.
