A trip into a Boone County pond leaves an Ashland man facing DWI charges. Troopers say 61 – year old Kenneth Harmon was driving too fast on Highway 63 Saturday when he lost control and went off into the pond. Harmon had only minor injuries but was picked up on suspicion of DWI.
