The NCAA is banning Mizzou football from the postseason in 2019. A committee announced today the decision is based off academic fraud committed by a former tutor. She apparently did at least some course work for 12 Mizzou athletes in football, baseball, and softball. All those programs are banned from the postseason in their upcoming campaigns. The investigation did not find that others directed the tutor to commit the fraud. Mizzou is appealing the penalties.
