Bulldozer thief caught at the Lake

A Lake area man faces a list of charges including stealing a bulldozer. Police say Dale Welcher was spotted tearing reflectors off a median divider along Highway – 54. He ran off into some woods. Welcher was later seen damaging vehicles on the Celebration Cruise parking lot. He was finally arrested on Jeffries Road where he was driving a stolen bulldozer down the street.
