Holts Summit finally has a Ward 2 alderman. Chris Redel won the tiebreaking vote over Lisa Buhr 59-to-39 yesterday (tue). They each got 35 votes in the April election. They were going to flip a coin to break the tie, but Buhr said no.

This may reduce the number of qualified voters that were allowed to vote on this issue. You should compare the 100 with however many6 registerd voters are available to voted in the election.
Despite reminders my son forgot to vote. A lot of ward II voters may have forgotten
Stil for Holts Summit this is a good turnout for a single issue voter.
