Is the river finally going down?

Water levels have finally started to drop on the Missouri River. The Big Muddy in Jefferson City was at about 32 feet early this (mon) morning, and may finally fall below major flood stage tomorrow (tue). Some roads are starting to reopen, including the Highway 240 spur at Rocheport. But most of the lots in the Capitol Complex are still under water today.
