Mo-Dot teams sandbag near the Mo River bridge

You might notice Mo-Dot crews sandbagging just north of the Missouri River Bridge. They’re putting in sandbags around the 63 / 54 ramp as the waters rise. Engineers call it a pro – active measure, saying the approaches to the bridge were built up after the pavement washed out in 1993.
