Boats are back on the Osage River

The Osage River is back open to recreational boaters. The Highway Patrol ordered the river closed from the mouth of the Missouri to Lock and Dam #1 because of the flooding. They say even though the Osage is back open, boaters shouldn’t create wakes in flooded areas and watch out for debris.
