JCPD cops use Taser on a man armed with a knife

A Jefferson City man holding a knife is Tased by police. Officers were called out Thursday morning to the 1100 – block of East Dunklin and found the man holding a knife to his stomach and threatening to stab officers. They talked to him for nearly an hour before Tasing him. He was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
