Murder charges filed in Miller County overdose

An Eldon woman faces murder charges after allegedly giving heroin to a man who overdosed and died in her home. Lisa Shockley is also accused of drug distribution. Police Saturday found Charles Weatherford unresponsive in Shockely’s Eldon home.
