JCPD investigating a fatal shooting

Jefferson City police are investigating an early morning murder. Investigators say they got several reports of gunshots at about 3:00 am (thur) on Rolling Hills Drive near Highway 179 and Route C. Officers found someone shot to death when they got there. We don’t know the name of the victim yet. No info on suspects right now either.
