Man and dog escape Fulton fire

Five cats are dead after a house fire in Fulton yesterday (wed) afternoon. Firefighters said when they responded to the scene they saw heavy smoke coming from the basement. Luckily, one person and his dog were able to get out safely. Officials believe a space heater caused the fire. The estimated damages are around 20 thousand dollars.
