Investigators think they know who forced bomb – sniffing dogs search the Cole County Courthouse and Annex after a (Tues) morning bomb threat. Sheriff John Wheeler says they received word of the threat shortly before 10 – am …      

 Nothing was found and employees were allowed back in about – 11. Wheeler won’t say exactly where the threat came from .. whether it came from social media or was phoned in.
