Man sought in California Mo attempted kidnapping

Moniteau County authorities want you to keep an eye out for a kidnapping suspect. They say Christopher Winter tried to kidnap a woman at the Eagles Club in California on Wednesday. He was gone by the time the cops got there. Winter is already on probation, and cut his ankle monitor after what he allegedly did at the Eagles Club.
