*** UPDATE *** Victim named in fatal accident involving a snow plow

A Moberly man dies in a crash involving a snow plow in northern Boone County. Authorities say the plow truck driver was trying to cross Highway 63 at Breedlove Drive a few miles north of Columbia yesterday (mon) afternoon. Mark Swindell was driving on the highway. His SUV crashed into the side of the truck. Swindell was 59 years old.
