A lot more Missourians are now eligible for the vaccine

Missouri opens up a new tier of people eligible for the coronavirus vaccine today (mon). The group includes teachers and others considered “critical infrastructure.” Health departments start scheduling vaccine appointments today (mon). MU Health Care is vaccinating thousands of people at Faurot Field in Columbia on Friday and Sunday. About 19 percent of the state’s population has gotten at least one dose of a vaccine.
