Missouri opens up coronavirus vaccinations to people in Phase Two today (mon). That includes everyone working for Mizzou, the government, and several other sectors. It also includes the homeless. The vaccines will be available to all Missouri adults when Phase 3 opens up on April 9th. The state reports about 24 percent of the population has received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
