Can the area support two tech schools?

Is there room for another tech school in Central Missouri? Ranken Technical College wants to build an Ashland campus. State Rep. Sara Walsh doesn’t think the new school would take students away from State Tech in Linn …    

The Ranken project has already received a $4.5 million grant from the feds. Walsh is seeking to add another $1.5 million in state funds.
