Will Biden end the home workshop ‘ghost guns?’

Those ‘ghost guns’ without serial numbers could soon be illegal to make under a new rule proposed by the Biden administration. Cody Wilson is famous for publishing plans for a gun that could be built on a 3-D printer. Wilson wonders if Missouri’s SAPA law would keep state law officers at bay.

If the rule goes through next month, all so-called 80% firearms frames & receivers sold would require a serial number and be considered a firearm by the ATF. It would not affect those guns already made by home builders.
