Couple arrested after dirty naked kids are found in a JCMO home

A Jefferson City couple is charged with child abuse after children were found naked in a filthy home. Curtin Burton and Michaela Cook Burton are charged after police went to the home on Saratoga Blvd. after getting reports of children running around naked on the roof. The found three children inside the home along with rotten food and animal waste.
